MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams host Villanova and Duquesne (women’s only) on Saturday, Jan. 25, at 11 a.m. at The Peak Health Aquatic Center at Mylan Park in Morgantown.



 

This is West Virginia’s first action since it competed against Pitt and George Washington on Jan. 11.

 

West Virginia faced Villanova during the WVU Invitational in November. In the women’s meet, West Virginia placed fourth while Vilanova placed second.

 

In the men’s meet, West Virginia placed second while Villanova finished third.

 

The meet will serve as senior day as 14 Mountaineers will be honored.

 

The following student-athletes will be recognized before the meet for their contributions to the swimming and diving program: Hayden Apel, Danny Berlitz, Riley Brown, Morgan Burton, Reilly Keaney, Miranda Kirtley, Emily Knorr, Olivia Kraus, Sarah Krusinski, Conner McBeth, Braden Osborn, Wesley Schauer, Mia Walters and Jake Young.
