Clemson vs SMU: Best Bet
After dropping a game to now-No. 17 BYU, the SMU Mustangs have since won nine consecutive games.
SMU’s defensive line has been excellent this season, holding opponents to the ninth-fewest rushing yards per game on the sixth-fewest yards per rush attempt in the country.
The Mustangs’ offense has also performed at an elite level, scoring the sixth-most points per game behind a strong passing attack (21st in passing yards).
The only real knock on this team is their strength of schedule, which ESPN has ranked at 75th nationally.
